I’m Kim Xavier. A certified real-time court reporter, educator, speaker, and rest advocate with over 30 years of professional experience. I’ve spent my career capturing the words that matter most in courtrooms across the country, while also helping women find the words and space they need to care for themselves.
My work began in the legal field, where I built a reputation for excellence through real-time transcription for trials, hearings, depositions, and live discovery. That experience taught me how to listen deeply, hold space under pressure, and lead with precision. Over time, it became clear that my calling extended beyond the courtroom.
Today, I lead XTRAordinary Xperiences with the Xaviers, where I support women in every part of their lives. Whether I’m mentoring students, speaking to professionals, facilitating team workshops, or creating rest-centered spaces, I show up with clarity, compassion, and care. My mission is to help women feel seen, supported, and strong enough to stop doing it all alone.
